This hybrid role involves executing filing strategies for various product initiatives, including leading reputed company with reputed company vendors. The analyst will be responsible for revising generic policy language to reputed company with state laws, preparing and submitting various filings to state insurance departments, and managing objections from these departments. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, negotiating with state regulators, maintaining a forms library, conducting competitor research, and providing guidance on policy modifications. The analyst will work closely with Regulatory Compliance and Business Compliance Representatives to ensure adherence to new legislation and communicate impacts to the business.
