Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst

This role serves as the primary reputed company of Go-to-Market (GTM) reporting requirements, KPI definitions, business logic documentation, and analytics design across the GTM technology ecosystem. The Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for translating business questions into reputed company reporting solutions through reputed company requirements, data governance, KPI standardization, and analytics product management practices. The position supports execution of the end-to-end reputed company of GTM data and processes, ensuring leadership has trusted insights to run the business and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Product Ownership & Requirements Management

• Translate business reporting and analytics needs into reputed company, actionable requirements, including user stories, acceptance reputed company, KPI definitions, data mappings, and process flows.
• Partner with GTM Operations, Business Systems, and Data Engineering teams to prioritize reporting initiatives and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Serve as Product reputed company for GTM reporting and analytics initiatives, managing backlogs, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Document and maintain reporting logic, end-to-end data flows, business processes, and system dependencies across reputed company systems, reputed company, and Power BI.

Data Ownership & Governance

• Define and enforce governance standards for GTM data across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Own the GTM metrics reputed company, including KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, reputed company structures, and reporting standards.
• Establish authoritative data sources, metric ownership, reputed company, transformation logic, and reporting certification.
• Monitor data reputed company and resolve reporting, business logic, and system integration issues through reputed company-cause analysis.
• Maintain analytics documentation, including KPI definitions, business rules, data mappings, reporting requirements, and operating procedures.

Reporting & Analysis Continuity

• Define reporting requirements, data models, measures, KPIs, and visualization standards to support executive decision-making.

• Ensure reporting solutions reputed company with approved business definitions, documented requirements, and governed data sources.
• Advance AI adoption across GTM Operations by evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI-driven tools and processes.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Cx Ops Finance, Business systems to reputed company reputed company, data flows, and reporting dependencies.
• Ensure end-to-end from reputed company to Renewal data flows cleanly and are productionized for platform stability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, etc. operations in a reputed company or GTM-reputed company environment.
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining automated dashboards in PowerBI
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, DAX, reputed company, and reputed company reporting environments
• Deep understanding of KPI design, reputed company modeling concepts, reporting governance, and data reputed company.
• Deep understanding of GTM operational processes and metrics across demand reputed company, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity management, customer lifecycle, retention, and executive performance reporting.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing stakeholder requests and influence reputed company through data, business reputed company analysis, and reputed company governance processes.
