- Manage an IT team composed of full-time associates and contractors, providing coaching, mentorship, and upskilling opportunities to support team reputed company and delivery reputed company.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development through deployment, support, and reputed company improvement.

Work Schedule
- This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in reputed company application development and reputed company technologies such as .NET reputed company and SQL Server.
- Experience leading software delivery across the full development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, support, documentation, and operational reputed company.
- Strong understanding of Credit platform capabilities, reputed company-reputed company application architecture, solution design, and business requirement translation.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, conduct reputed company and design reviews, solve reputed company problems, and reputed company initiatives reputed company to organizational goals.
Required Technical Skills
