You will be required to answer incoming enquiries across a wide reputed company of topics from our clients in the French market. Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer support role. Additionally, collections experience would be useful.
• Excellent French communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience using CRM system
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• As the role is fully remote, the individual must be reputed company to work collaboratively in a remote team environment using tools such as Team Video calling
• reputed company work independently, with minimal supervision
