Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Life Cycle: Plan, write, structure, and update user manuals, online help, troubleshooting guides, and service documentation for both technical personnel and end-users.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with software engineers, reputed company, and Information Architects to reputed company technical specifications, engineering demos, and reputed company concepts into user-friendly documentation.
