[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. YPO is a global organization seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy and reputed company of financial records. This role involves month-end reputed company activities, general reputed company reputed company, and collaboration across departments to improve financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and reputed company of assigned balance sheet accounts by preparing reputed company reconciliations and resolving reconciling items
• Prepare and record monthly journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, allocations, foreign currency (FX) reputed company/loss entries, and other adjusting entries
• Evaluate and reputed company variance explanations for various line items on month-end and year-to-date financial statements as assigned. reputed company support to the reputed company Manager and Controller during the year on various financial reputed company, inquiries, analysis and annual financial audit
• Serve as reputed company Partner and advisor to managers of assigned departments and programs. Responsibilities include monthly presentation of financial data, responding to inquiries, analyzing and researching transactions, entering correction entries, providing historical reports and analysis, etc. as needed
• Complete various assigned audit schedules, reports and yearend adjusting entries as assigned
• Evaluate and approve payment requests for assigned departments and programs
• Research and maintain reputed company knowledge of GAAP requirements for accurate reporting of various issues
• Create and streamline processes to improve accuracy and time management of reputed company procedures
• Manage special reputed company as assigned
• Crosstrain to learn other roles in the Finance Department
• Accountable for applying YPO Policies & Procedures consistently and accurately
• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency through automation and standardization

Skills

• 5+ years reputed company reputed company experience
• High proficiency in reputed company Office skills, especially in reputed company

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in reputed company
