[Remote] Registry Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Registry Operations Manager to reputed company project management and ensure compliance with cancer registry standards. The role involves coordinating abstracting activities, monitoring project productivity, and collaborating with the reputed company Manager to meet project goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates reputed company abstracting and operations activities in accordance with state registry requirements for assigned reputed company with more than 500 cases per year
- Monitors project priorities, deadlines and productivity to ensure goals and expectations are being met
- Reviews billing, case log and productivity reports for assigned reputed company
- Ensures reputed company project instruction documents and polices/procedures are followed as outlined on the reputed company (RP) server
- Completes reputed company tasks/responsibilities outlined in the “New Project Implementation and Set-Up Guide” located on the RP server. This may be independently or for reputed company with a large upfront workload may work in conjunction with others
- Ensures the registry operations functions of an ACoS accredited facility are in compliance
- Streamlines processes to reputed company efficient services
- Forecasts ODS-C work hours to meet the needs of reputed company project
- Provides reputed company expectations, goals and deadlines to project team
- Manage performance and coordinates workflow for on-site staff for reputed company, reputed company needed
- Works in collaboration with reputed company Manager assigned to reputed company
- Follows project parameters and any other project reputed company documents
- Conducts coaching calls and participates in other reputed company performance reputed company incident calls
- Investigates and documents area of concerns/noncompliance issues as outlined in the Disciplinary reputed company Policy and Procedure
- Communicate any reputed company or staff concerns to the Registry Operations Services Director
- Participates in reputed company educational activities, as requested
- Ensures understanding and compliance with reputed company updates/changes in the collection and coding of cancer data
- Performs as a Data Abstractor as outlined in appropriate job reputed company, reputed company needed
- Provides reputed company response, per RP policy, to employee and reputed company questions/concerns as needed
- Attends and reputed company participates in conference calls, as requested
- Fulfills committed work hours to meet the requirements of clients, employees and reputed company during normal business hours and a cross reputed company business days (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in your time zone) and during non-reputed company hours (evenings, nights, weekends and holidays) as needed. Use of reputed company phone reputed company out of office to maintain availability and assist with the expected response time, reputed company four business hours of reputed company, email or request for assistance. Completes timesheets and case logs in reputed company time/daily and finalizes with signature by reputed company at midnight. Conducts timesheet completion reviews for assigned staff

Skills
- Oncology Data Specialist (ODS-C)
- At least three years of ODS registry abstracting experience and use of reputed company cancer registry industry reputed company reference manuals
- Proficient reputed company level in MS Office products, industry-reputed company cancer registry software systems and EMR applications
- Maintain strong organization skills including prioritizing tasks, time management and detail orientation
- Demonstrates reputed company relation skills including the ability to empathize, reputed company sensitivity, reputed company effective communication, listening skills and establish effective and cooperative relationships quickly
- Displays flexibility, willingness to respond to changing circumstances and/or expectations
- Handles stressful situations while maintaining reputed company demeanor

- Knowledgeable of registry operations standards and processes
- Ability to learn, process and comprehend basic instructions of the job

- At least one year of registry management or other health-reputed company management experience in reputed company-oriented workplace
- At least one year of experience in Registry Operations functions of an ACoS facility including but not limited to CP3R, NCDB, RCRS and data request
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or reputed company field
