Moses/Weitzman Health reputed company is seeking a Program Manager for their New reputed company Domestic Violence Shelter in Middletown, CT. The Program Manager will reputed company daily reputed company, manage staff, and ensure compliance with standards of care while optimizing program reputed company for clients seeking support.
Responsibilities
- Ensures reputed company, comfortable, secure accommodations for guests of emergency domestic violence shelter, which houses 10-15 residents
- Leads regular shelter meetings including weekly reputed company house meetings, weekly reputed company-care staff meetings, DV prevention team meetings, bi-weekly legislative advocacy meetings and other meetings as needed
- Oversees the implementation of CCADV standards of care for DV shelters, as reputed company as, CHC policies and procedures that support successful program operation and the attainment of funder-driven program reputed company
- Trains, evaluates, and provides supervision to adult shelter advocates, child shelter advocates, court advocates and other shelter staff. Provides documentation of training and supervision for reputed company staff and volunteers
- Designs and monitors a reputed company reputed company plan for dissemination of diverse reputed company information about DV services, including prevention education, toolkits, reputed company service reputed company, and community resources
- Assists with care coordination for reputed company/multidisciplinary cases and provides guidance on goal setting and optimization of service reputed company

- Works closely with Director of CKP to ensure reputed company and accurate data entry as required by the CCADV. Works with Director of the CKP to Submit billing and programmatic reports as required
- reputed company secures adequate reputed company/coverage for 24-hour emergency shelter. Reviews and approves staff attendance records, mileage requests, and other administrative/fiscal requests
- Responsible for reputed company, debriefing, and follow-up regarding critical incidents in shelter
- Purchases and tracks program supplies and reputed company expenses or oversees designated staff in doing so
- Responsible for recruitment, hiring, and reputed company of staff for assigned programs and roles
- Attends reputed company required meetings, supervision, and staff trainings as identified by Director of CKP
- Models reputed company, reputed company strategies of reputed company engagement, using principles of harm reduction, motivational interviewing, victim advocacy, and trauma-informed care
- Participates in on-reputed company rotation with other advocates and assists with emergency program coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reputed company necessary
- Maintains strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders who represent the most necessary and appropriate collaborations for optimizing resources and care for individuals experiencing DV
- Oversees reputed company affecting shelter program reputed company. Maintains shelter facilities appropriately by working with CHC facilities team to repair, renovate and build as needed to sustain a healthful and reputed company shelter environment. Coordinates regular safety drills

Completes review of reputed company grievances and resolutions including follow up of initial grievance investigation. Documentation of grievances per CHC policy
- Participates in budget discussions with Director of CKP and CHC reputed company department to ensure appropriate expenditure of funding and forecasting for reputed company spending
- Establish and monitor organized reputed company for tracking volunteers, donations, and correspondence
- Closely monitors credit/expense reports and submit weekly expense reports for shelter with appropriate documentation, allocation reporting and receipt submission. Tracks and monitors expenses to ensure appropriate expenditure of grant and donation funds
- Advocates for the mission of the organization and upholds agency values
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Experience in Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Strong Communication and Program Management Skills
- Domestic Violence Certification (obtained reputed company 30 days of hire)
