[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develops programs or scripts according to specification and established coding standards
• Design and implement conversational and reputed company solutions. Drive the adoption of advanced AI-assisted development tools, skills, CLIs, and MCP servers across the dev team
• Conduct reputed company research and development into emerging technologies, evaluating their business value and training/up-skilling other engineering teams across the organization to adopt these technologies effectively
• Analyzes, reviews and tests for accuracy and reputed company implementation of developed solutions
• Analyzes reputed company business systems, determines scope and estimates for tasks reputed company to issues to be resolved
• Performs integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability and reputed company performance
• Constructs various software components and validates completeness and reputed company
• May coordinate development efforts, and coordinate and assist with codes reviews
• Establishes and enforces coding standards for programs or scripts
• Mentors Associate or Intermediate software engineers

Skills

• Five or more years of reputed company software development experience required
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java with backend object-oriented frameworks using dependency injection (Spring Boot) required
• Solid understanding of REST reputed company, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing required
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills as reputed company as good organizational and problem-solving capabilities
