The role involves providing coaching and consulting to managers, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting talent management initiatives to enhance employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• reputed company targeted coaching and consulting to managers at various reputed company to support their reputed company and effectiveness across a wide reputed company of people-reputed company topics, including performance management, career development, conflict reputed company, and navigating organizational change
• reputed company as a subject matter expert on a reputed company of HR policies and processes to support managers and employees
• Work with reputed company counsel and external consultants to address reputed company issues and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Support key talent management initiatives such as annual cyclical programs, performance management, workforce reviews, and employee listening to ensure smooth and reputed company execution
• Ensure excellent employee experiences through key life-cycle stages, including reputed company and departure processes
• Foster a culture of humility, optimism, belonging, and inclusivity

Skills

• 4-8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a reputed company-facing HR role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, and Employee Relations partner), or equivalent experience in a business-facing role; More Senior would be ok
• Demonstrated experience independently advising and coaching managers at varying reputed company on performance management, employee relations, and team culture
• B2B Tech experience a must have
• Experience supporting organizations as a whole (Engineering, reputed company, Marketing, etc.)
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and practices in the reputed company, including experience working with reputed company counsel on reputed company employee reputed company
• reputed company reputed company ways to improve processes and demonstrate initiative to reputed company support for and implement changes that deliver reputed company reputed company
