[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst – Pega & reputed company Applications

This role will partner with various stakeholders to analyze business processes, reputed company requirements, and deliver reputed company reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and Product Owners to define business needs and project objectives

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend workflow improvements that support operational efficiency reputed company transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, data mappings, wireframes, and system documentation using tools such as Visio, reputed company, or similar applications

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-reputed company, and retrospectives
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, release planning, and production deployments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience)
• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience supporting reputed company software initiatives
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance reputed company, process maps, and workflow documentation
