Responsibilities

• Establish project governance, delivery plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate HR, Payroll, HRIS, IT, Finance, reputed company, Shared Services and reputed company technology vendors
• Manage multiple project workstreams, stakeholder reputed company and competing priorities
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and solution-design workshops
• Coordinate data mapping, integrations, testing, deployment readiness and vendor deliverables

• HR Project or Programme Management - 7+ years
• HR Transformation / HRIS / Payroll Programmes - 5+ years

• Stakeholder and Vendor Management - 5+ years
• Change Management and Business Process Transformation - 5+ years

• Previous manufacturing-sector experience
• Experience managing multiple HR technology platforms or integrations
• Strong understanding of HR operating models, Shared Services, Payroll and HR processes

• PMP, Prince2, Agile or recognised change-management certification
