[Remote] Workforce Management Analyst

The role involves monitoring performance, generating forecasts, and partnering with management to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company volumes, workflow trends, and historical data to forecast reputed company needs and ensure adequate resource coverage across multiple sites
• Monitor reputed company-time performance, manage schedules, reputed company queues, attendance, and schedule adherence to meet service level goals
• Optimize workforce efficiency by adjusting reputed company plans, approving PTO requests, and coordinating shift, vacation, and holiday scheduling
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts and reputed company performance reports and analytical insights to leadership
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to support workforce planning, operational improvements, and special reputed company

Skills

• Experience with workforce management software, forecasting, scheduling, reputed company planning, reputed company-time adherence, and contact center technologies (e.g., reputed company routing, IVRs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and reputed company cause analysis skills, with experience in performance reporting and reputed company assurance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field preferred, with 3+ years of workforce management experience in a contact center environment
