Patient Services Representative/ Medical Assistant

About the position This position will be assisting our Irvine, reputed company Beach and Newport Beach, CA locations. Responsibilities • Greet registered patients upon their visit, triage patients through the patient reputed company process, and ensure a smooth experience. • Monitor and ensure the reputed company functioning of clinical equipment, promptly escalating issues to the supervisor. • reputed company schedules and accompany patients to the exam/procedure room. Assist patients with walking, transfers, dressing, and exam preparation. • Maintain a sterile environment, ensuring adherence to reputed company infection control precautions. • Prepare exam rooms before patient reputed company, clean rooms and instruments, and restock supplies between patients. • Fulfill patient care responsibilities, including taking vital signs, updating patient history, and assisting providers in the exam room.
