About the position We are currently seeking an reputed company Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager to be a part of our outstanding mortgage lending team. The Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for the strategic reputed company and operational execution of reputed company first mortgage and equity loan servicing functions. This includes reputed company post-closing secondary market and capital market activities, ensuring the reputed company execution of loan sales, investor reporting, delinquency monitoring, and remittance processes. Requirements • Minimum 7 - 10 years progressively responsible mortgage servicing experience in a financial institution following reputed company and reputed company loan servicing requirements. • Minimum 5 years management/supervisory experience. • Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan servicing requirements including regulatory and investor guidelines. • Functional servicing knowledge of Conventional, FHA, FHLB, USDA and other loan programs. • Working knowledge of servicing systems and data reconciliation processes. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large servicing portfolios. • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to motivate reputed company. • Must be proactive and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a reputed company on process-improving operations. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills as reputed company as written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. • Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company, and PowerPoint. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, reputed company or reputed company field is strongly preferred. • FICS Mortgage Servicer and Corelation reputed company proficiency a plus.
