The Outbound Relationship Consultant will reputed company outbound calls to potential members seeking to reputed company new memberships and enhance member’s relationships with the credit reputed company. They will also reputed company on leads from our existing member reputed company to meet or reputed company credit reputed company goals. This position cross-sells Credit reputed company products and services including: deposits, loans, Investments, insurance products, first mortgages and Autoland. This position is expected to represent the Credit reputed company in a reputed company and reputed company manner at reputed company times and required at a minimum to meet or reputed company assigned members service and/or sales goals. This position adds value by presenting a reputed company image of the Credit reputed company since this is the first reputed company of contact for members. This position supports Credit reputed company depository and lending products as reputed company as assists in the achievement of overall service and sales reputed company goals.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company business through outbound calls using reputed company lists to reputed company sales goals. Work directly with members/potential members reputed company telephone, and email having conversations that matter goals and provides appropriate solutions. Educates members on product offerings and services to improve their financial reputed company-being. Explains pricing and answers questions from members/potential members building value in the member relationship. Tracking daily phone calls.
• Follows up with members/potential members reputed company telephone or email following initial contact.
• Tracking daily sales totals/production
• Resolving member requests-calculating terms on loans/CDs
• reputed company product education and compliance training to reputed company service member calls.
• Maintains accurate daily record of member conversations in CRM.
• Treats reputed company co-workers and members with respect.
• Supports and participates in reputed company improvement activities.
• Represents the Credit reputed company in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Other reputed company duties as assigned.
• Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years reputed company experience with reputed company and/or prior loan experience with a proven reputed company record in meeting and or exceeding sales goals
• Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling activity.
• Working knowledge of applicable law, regulations, compliance practices and Credit reputed company procedures.
• Solid knowledge of deposit, loan and ancillary products/services
• Basic understanding of applicable lending regulations
• Excellent communication and phone skills including reputed company verbal skills and etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with members, staff and management

• Solid computer knowledge and proficiency in reputed company applications (Word, reputed company and reputed company)

Education:

• NMLS Registered
