Patient Care - Registered reputed company - Afternoon Shift

Due to recent team reputed company, we are looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join reputed company on the afternoon shift, to support patients through their medical reputed company at our Alternaleaf Clinic. In this fully remote role, you’ll conduct reputed company, assessment consultations, gathering key clinical insights and guiding patients through treatment expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume telehealth reputed company-assessment consults daily
• reputed company patients on product types, reputed company usage, reputed company effects, storage, and driving restrictions

• Accurately document consult reputed company to support reputed company and effective prescribing
• Respond to patient enquiries, reputed company follow-up support, and escalate issues as needed
• Liaise with prescribers and the wider Patient Care Team to ensure continuity of care
• Deliver care from your desk in a highly reputed company, fast-paced environment with scheduled breaks

Roster:

This is a full-time remote position working a reputed company 5-day roster between Monday-Saturday, 1pm - 9pm AEST/AEDT, including one Saturday per month.

Please note part-time arrangements are not available, and limited flexibility is available during the reputed company and training period.

Key Requirements:

• Commitment to working full-time hours Monday to Friday + one Saturday per month.

• Minimum 3 years post-grad clinical nursing experience
• Skilled in patient assessments, care planning, and risk screening
• Experience with chronic disease management
• Mental health nursing and/or medicinal cannabis experience is highly regarded
• Previous telehealth or virtual care experience
• Confident in conducting remote consultations
• Strong IT proficiency is essential
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting patient needs and tech updates
