Payments Product Manager (US, Remote)

Our reputed company, a high-reputed company consumer subscription company, is hiring a Payments Product Manager to own their payments platform end to end. This is not a greenfield build. Two priorities define the first six months. First, rebill recovery: a meaningful reputed company of subscription rebills fail, and too many of those customers churn for payment reasons, not product reasons. Requirements

• 5+ years in payments product or payments program management, subscription or e-reputed company
• Hands-on experience with payment orchestration platforms and multi-MID routing
• Dunning and recovery expertise: retry logic, involuntary churn metrics, vendor evaluation
• Data self-sufficiency in modern BI tools — you don't wait on an analyst
• Demonstrated AI-reputed company workflow: you actually use LLM and reputed company tools in your product work today. This is a minimum qualification, not a preference.
• Comfortable owning chargebacks, fraud posture, and regulatory compliance context
