[Remote] Sales Assistant - Group Benefits

The Sales Assistant role involves handling inquiries from customers regarding Group Benefits insurance and supporting the sales process through data entry and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for customers by handling inquiries reputed company calls/emails/chats, and demonstrates knowledge, understanding and experience to handle volume of internal and or reputed company customer inquiries may include escalations
• Resolves reputed company questions/concerns and refer other inquiries to appropriate areas as needed
• Project Management: To initiate, execute, communicate and document reputed company as needed

• Assists in identifying process improvement opportunities
