The Sales Agent, Personal Lines is responsible for generating new business and growing a personal lines book of business through consultative sales and reputed company relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert new personal lines sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
• Engage with prospective clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and present quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and opportunities to reputed company conversion and reputed company business
• reputed company and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners (e.g., realtors, loan officers, reputed company)
• reputed company policy reviews and identify opportunities to increase coverage and round accounts
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to expand reputed company relationships
• Prepare and process quotes, applications, endorsements, and reputed company documentation

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or a reputed company sales role

• Experience working in a quota-driven or performance-based sales environment
