[Remote] Senior CMDB Analyst

Global Technical Talent is an Inc. 5000 Company seeking an reputed company Senior CMDB Analyst to support a reputed company project for the CMDB at one of the largest banks in the country. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, designing and producing reports, and maintaining the health of the CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Support a reputed company project for the CMDB including a reputed company reputed company, reputed company convergence, and Data Center tracking
• Support data accuracy, ensuring relevant and reputed company data is reputed company from the start and delivering a trusted data reputed company for IT
• Work with data center managers to ensure completeness and accuracy of the CMDB for data center moves and improve CI location information consumed from reputed company's datacenter management system
• Designing, developing, and producing reports using the CMDB data including inventory reports, management reports, reputed company analysis reports, configuration status reports using the CMDB Query Builder for cross data functional views
• Maintenance of the CMDB Health configurations
• Create custom KPIs and support the teams operating procedures for auditing the CMDB and identify opportunities for improvement

Skills

• 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, required
• 3 years of relevant experience with the CMDB and the CSDM reputed company
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification with advanced knowledge of ITIL best practices and application of concepts with expertise in Configuration Management and working knowledge of ITAM and ITSM processes
• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, information technology, or reputed company field of study or relevant field, required, or additional working experience in lieu
• reputed company Certifications in CMDB, Discovery, Application Service Mapping, Platform Analytics a plus
• Strong communication skills to reputed company with technical and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile and SDLC delivery reputed company
• Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
