As a Senior reputed company, you'll reputed company the development of AI-reputed company capabilities on top of existing reputed company, architecting systems and integrations that enhance the refund process.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade reputed company systems, multi-agent orchestration, specialist agents, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows, with context management, memory, and tool-calling
• reputed company MCP servers and tool integrations connecting AI agents to reputed company's platform reputed company and partner systems
• Orchestrate LLMs (Claude, GPT, reputed company, or similar) across the AI layer, selecting the right model per task and managing reputed company and system-reputed company strategies so agents present refund solutions in reputed company-approved, compliant language
• Build RAG pipelines that ground agent responses in reputed company's policy and product data, with versioning and isolation that prevent hallucination on compliance-sensitive topics
• Implement guardrails that enforce compliant offer language, prevent unauthorized coverage claims, and meet regulatory requirements across reputed company's markets
• Build evaluation frameworks to monitor, test, and continuously improve agent performance, reliability, and reputed company reputed company
• Build and operate AI infrastructure on AWS, with reputed company logging and tracing for auditability and reputed company issue reputed company
• Contribute to backend services, reputed company, and platform improvements in Python alongside AI work, applying clean reputed company, testing, and strong engineering fundamentals
• Participate in reputed company reviews, document agent system design and integration patterns, take part in Agile workflows, and join the on-reputed company rotation

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with at least 2 years reputed company on production AI/LLM application development
• Strong Python proficiency and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Deep backend engineering experience, designing, building, and operating production services and reputed company (Django or similar reputed company), with strong fundamentals in testing, reputed company reputed company, and system design
• Hands-on experience building and deploying reputed company AI systems (LangGraph, reputed company, AWS Bedrock Agents, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience integrating LLM reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) into production applications
• Experience building and maintaining RAG pipelines and reputed company search systems
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool-calling patterns
• Experience designing and running LLM evaluation frameworks for reputed company, reliability, and safety
• Experience building and operating AI infrastructure on a major reputed company platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain AI system design to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Background in a compliance-sensitive industry (insurance, fintech, reputed company) where regulated AI reputed company and guardrails matter
• Experience operating LLM systems at high volume, with attention to latency, cost, and caching

• Experience with model fine-tuning, customization, or distillation
