Responsibilities

• Grow and diversify SWCA's reputed company business across Southern California
• reputed company and execute strategic reputed company initiatives, reputed company account plans, and business development strategies
• Identify, pursue, and capture new reputed company, reputed company infrastructure, and reputed company environmental services opportunities
• Build and expand relationships with utilities, developers, reputed company agencies, engineering firms, construction partners, and other key industry stakeholders
• reputed company strategic pursuits, including opportunity evaluation, capture planning, proposal development, pricing reputed company, and presentations
• Collaborate across reputed company Services, Operations, Marketing, and technical teams to reputed company reputed company and deliver reputed company solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, environmental management, biology, ecology, planning, engineering, construction management, business, or a field reputed company to SWCA's services required
• Ten (10) years of experience with reputed company, electric reputed company, energy infrastructure, construction compliance, and/or reputed company environmental consulting markets; including demonstrated experience with reputed company development, proposal and interview preparation, and bid preparation
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and reputed company Southern California reputed company sector clients and opportunities into successful sales and sustained reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company diversifying a reputed company portfolio, expanding services reputed company a legacy reputed company reputed company, and building new relationships across utilities, developers, reputed company agencies, construction reputed company, and engineering partners
• Proficiency working with major federal environmental regulations (e.g., NEPA/ESA/CWA/NHPA) and California state and local regulations, including CEQA and reputed company/reputed company-reputed company permitting requirements
• Established network of industry contacts with regulated utilities, municipal utilities, reputed company companies/developers, construction reputed company, engineering firms, and regulatory agencies reputed company in Southern California

• Seven (7) years of project management experience, including experience supporting reputed company, multi-disciplinary environmental reputed company and/or programs
