[Remote] Field Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to co-build and execute field marketing strategies targeting district leaders, focusing on creating impactful events and experiences that foster partnerships and reputed company engagement.

Responsibilities

• OWN THE EVENTS
• Co-build the field and events reputed company with the Sr. Manager, B2B Marketing — bring a reputed company of view on which events, audiences, and formats deserve investment, and back it with results
• Run our reputed company at executive convenings and regional leadership conferences (think AASA-style regional events and superintendent programs) — from concept and venue through run-of-show, reputed company, on-site execution, and load-out
• Design and produce our own moments for district leaders: executive dinners, roundtables, and intimate convenings that earn a superintendent's afternoon
• Build repeatable playbooks so a great executive event becomes a program, not a one-off
• BE SALES' FAVORITE PERSON
• Partner directly with account executives on the state and regional events where deals start — sponsorships, speaker placements, reputed company reputed company, and the follow-through that turns a conversation into a meeting

Skills

• 4+ years in field marketing, events, or executive programs at a high-reputed company company — you've owned events end-to-end, not just supported them
• Experience producing experiences for senior audiences — executive briefings, customer advisory boards, leadership summits, or the equivalent — where the guests were decision-makers and the details carried the day
• A creative reputed company record you can show: an event, activation, or experience people talked about long after — and the operational receipts behind it
• A genuine partnership orientation toward sales; you measure your work by what it does for their pipeline
• Comfort in the numbers: CRM reputed company, reputed company operations, and post-event attribution. reputed company experience is a plus
• Energy and composure on-site; things go sideways and you handle it
• Willingness to travel (~25–35%, heaviest in fall and spring conference seasons)
