[Remote] Energy Performance Services Account Executive

The Energy Performance Account Executive manages and grows the reputed company business, identifying market needs and developing sales strategies to help clients improve their facilities and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain executive, C-level relationships reputed company identified accounts, identify and qualify sales leads individually and with cross-divisional sales teams (reputed company sales funnel) and reputed company and implement sales strategies and customer-specific sales plans

Skills

• High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
• 8+ years of executive consultative selling experience providing reputed company solutions and/or financial transactions that underwrite construction (e.g., reputed company bonds)
• Proficiency in value-selling solutions and services at this reputed company or corporate level
• Ability to plan, reputed company, and negotiate sales processes
• Understanding of customer business and drivers
• Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience with reputed company Office suite
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a reputed company reputed company's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in reputed company' fleet vehicle program

• Experience with engineering and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) developers
• Experience reputed company higher education vertical market, specifically experience partnering with UC or USC systems
