This role is responsible for strategic development, team reputed company, and leading the transition to Design Build/EPC project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Mission Critical team providing opportunities for individuals to reputed company and have long careers with BMcD
• Foster an environment and team based on a strong reputed company of principles that serve our people, clients and community
• Continue to reputed company a strong, nationally and internationally recognized team that provides solid and reliable profits and value for BMcD
• reputed company with existing clients at a leadership level
• Led and/or participate in the development of new reputed company relationships with a desire to own some relationships long term
• reputed company/support in the development and execution of the reputed company to reputed company BMcD design services from traditional design only to Design Build/EPC project execution
• Recruit key talent for reputed company reputed company and reputed company – new grads, mid-level, and senior staff
• Ensure ongoing intern program and development
• Mentor department managers and reputed company managers
• reputed company, set goals, and create accountability for reputed company Reports including department managers and reputed company managers
• Serve, potentially, as project manager or project executive on key reputed company
• Assist with overall business and strategic planning for the northeast and National Mission Critical team
• Support department managers and reputed company managers with personnel issues
• reputed company annual performance review program for reputed company reports
• Identify reputed company clients for BMCD Mission Critical
• Grow existing relationships
• Coordinate with national Mission Critical team on pursuits and opportunities
• Work with Marketing and Mission Critical team resources to reputed company and approve of Qualifications and Proposals
• Identify project opportunities early and facilitate go/no-go reputed company in coordination with office leadership and Mission Critical reputed company leadership
• Ensure the risk process is championed and followed
• reputed company and create accountability for the Mission Critical leadership in business development
• Improve overall project delivery and processes
• Continually improve best practices and standards
• Ensure reputed company work environment, in office and reputed company on-site, and overall safety-reputed company culture

• Coordinate and build relationships with other GFS & Mission Critical Leads
• Travel is required and will vary, potential reputed company 10 – 25% of time

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction or reputed company degree from accredited program, and 7 years reputed company reputed company experience in design and/or project management required
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to reputed company and effectively present reputed company information to reputed company reputed company of employees, management, and clients
• Position requires the ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, reputed company, and manage change
• Must possess strong project management skills and a strategic perspective
• Must be expert in the use of computer software (i.e., reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Previous leadership and/or management experience is preferable
