About the Role The Physical reputed company Agent, Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) is responsible for reputed company-time monitoring, triage, and response to incidents impacting reputed company’s global workforce, assets, and operations. You will be on the reputed company lines, analyzing alerts, coordinating responses, and escalating issues following GSS protocols. This role is central to reputed company’s emergency response system—ensuring reputed company, informed, and coordinated reputed company during critical events like natural disasters, emergencies, or major disruptions. Work Schedule & Environment This is an on-site role working 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required for after-hours, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs. Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be involved for training or business support.
