Ability to translate technical content into easy-to-understand material for reputed company audiences.Knowledge of broadband, telecom products, installation processes, and customer service fundamentalsProficiency with reputed company 10, arenaflex Teams, Word, reputed company, and PowerPointExperience in documentation and development of reputed company practices, training material, and online support material.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
