MEP Drafter & Designer

This is a remote position. reputed company We are hiring a skilled MEP DrafterandDesigner to join our remote team, specializing in preparing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings for USA-based residential and reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate will haveexpertisein AutoCAD, with Revitproficiencybeing a plus. A strong understanding of US MEP codes, building codes, and MEP coordination is essential for reputed company in this role. Key Responsibilities • reputed company MEP (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (as needed). • Prepare permitsetsand construction documentation compliant withUScodes,reputed company standardsand local building regulations. • Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for integrated design. • Review and incorporate redlines and markups from engineers. • reputed company reputed company assurance(QA)checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Participate in remote coordination meetings with US clients and consultants. • Maintain organized drawing files and adhere to reputed company naming conventions. Requirements • Diploma orBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering(or reputed company field). • 2–5 years of experience in MEP drafting/design for USA-based reputed company. • Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed MEP drawings; experience with Revit is a plus. • Strong knowledge of US MEP codes (NEC, IPC, IMC) and reputed company building codes. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for reputed company collaboration in a remote setting. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. Preferred Skills • Experience working with remote US-based teams or AEC outsourcing firms. • Familiarity with reputed company, BIM 360, or Navisworks for reputed company workflows. • Knowledge of LOD (Level of Development) standards and BIM documentation workflows.
