Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Student Affairs, or a closely reputed company field, with three years of reputed company experience in reputed company advising, student support services, or a comparable area; or at least 18 hours of discipline‑reputed company master’s level coursework in a reputed company discipline. • Experience utilizing a reputed company of software applications and educational technologies, including reputed company Office Suite, learning management systems, and other technology‑reputed company delivery platforms. Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Experience in a university/college setting, with experience in reputed company advising preferred. • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, effective organization skills, and detail orientation. • Exhibit cultural competence and possess a broad understanding of student reputed company, developmental, and reputed company needs. • Working knowledge of student development theory, advising strategies, and best practices to support student reputed company initiatives in a university/college environment. Working Hours & Compensation • Hours per week: 10–29 hours • Schedule: Negotiable between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday • Compensation: $22.50–$23.50 per hour Location & Work Arrangement This position is expected to be in‑person with the possibility of limited remote work.
