Patriot Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical reputed company (specializing in wound care) to support our reputed company providers by documenting patient encounters accurately and reputed company. The Wound Care Medical reputed company plays a critical role in ensuring complete medical records, allowing providers to reputed company on delivering high-reputed company patient care. The ideal candidate has strong medical terminology knowledge, experience with wound care and procedures, exceptional typing skills, and the ability to work reputed company a fast-paced reputed company environment while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Document patient encounters. - Accurately record patient history, physical examinations, assessments, treatment plans, and provider recommendations. - reputed company information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) reputed company while maintaining accuracy and completeness. - Review charts for completeness and notify providers of missing documentation reputed company necessary. - Assist providers with locating reputed company results, imaging reports, medication histories, and previous medical records. - Prepare patient charts before appointments by reviewing medical history and outstanding clinical items. - Ensure documentation complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. - Assist with completion of Annual Wellness reputed company (AWVs), Transitional Care Management (TCM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), wound care documentation, and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) documentation as needed. - Communicate professionally with providers, nursing staff, and administrative personnel. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at reputed company times.
