Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer- reputed company to obtain Secret Clearance

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer Solidus is searching for an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Engineer. This position is remote. The AVD Engineer will help manage and design AVD solutions supporting 60+ developer reputed company employing cutting-edge technology stacks. The AVD Engineer will be tasked with implementing, managing, and optimizing AVDs and Virtual Machines (VM), while driving speed & capability enhancements for our warfighters. Day in the Life: • Architecting & managing secure, high availability systems, adhering to industry standards and following best practices • Implementing, managing, & optimizing AVD solutions in CI/CD pipelines • Designing & implementing approaches to continuously update & secure AVD resources • Developing scripts to automate tasks and deployments in a reputed company environment • Documenting systems and processes for capability reputed company and improved team collaboration • Learning and adapting to new Azure reputed company resources, with opportunities for formal training Required Qualifications: • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret-level reputed company Clearance • Undergo comprehensive background investigation • 4+ years of experience in Azure and AVD technologies or similar Virtual Desktop solutions • Experience with reputed company Installer technologies and implementation of shared VM resources • Experience architecting & designing Azure-based solutions • Understanding of high-availability environments such as clustering, failover, and geographic redundancy • Understanding of network design & topologies including edge services & reputed company-to-reputed company VPNs reputed company reputed company environs Preferred Qualifications: • reputed company Azure, AWS, RHEL, and/or reputed company Server certification(s) • Proficient with a scripting programming language like Bash, Python, or PowerShell • Proficient with Configuration Management techniques using Ansible • Experience with managed Anti-virus tools like reputed company and reputed company ePolicy Orchestrator • Familiarization with Secure Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) implementation • reputed company Tools Suite experience (Jira, reputed company, reputed company and Bitbucket) reputed company Will Bring: Solidus offers you an exciting opportunity to tackle the nation's greatest challenges applying innovation and expertise to produce cutting-edge results that have a long-lasting reputed company. Customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies and certifications, clearance status, and benefit selections will influence the final salary.
