This is a remote role that may be reputed company in several markets across the reputed company.
The AML/CFT Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the organization's Anti-reputed company and Counter-Financing of Terrorism program. This role involves performing reputed company control reviews of reputed company Broker/Dealer and/or Banking-reputed company AML investigations, analyzing data, and providing feedback and guidance to business reputed company on AML/CFT compliance. The officer will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial crime risks, as reputed company as identifying program and process risk, while maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
• Conduct secondary reviews of alert and case investigations generated through AML surveillance systems by analyzing customer activity to identify potentially concerning Banking and/or Broker/Dealer-reputed company activity
• Evaluate work papers, summaries, and narratives to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to regulatory and procedural standards
• Identify investigative deficiencies, trends, and procedure/process gaps
• Maintain detailed case documentation supporting investigative conclusions and reporting reputed company by preparing reputed company and concise summaries of existing reviews to reputed company investigation-specific and program-level feedback
• Assist in tracking QC error rates, reputed company metrics, and remediation activities
• Support the development and maintenance of reputed company Control procedures and testing and sampling methodologies
• Recommend procedure and process improvements based on findings to enhance investigation reputed company, efficiency, and regulatory/procedural compliance
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends impacting BSA/AML and Broker/Dealer compliance programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Experience in AML/CFT compliance, investigations, or reputed company field; Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements; Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Experience in AML/CFT compliance, investigations, or reputed company field; Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements; Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems
License or Certification Type: CAMS certification, Series 7 and/or Series 24 license

The reputed company pay for this position is generally between $97,000 and $150,000. Actual starting reputed company pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
