Operations Training Manager (Remote)

Job reputed company reputed company: The perations Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs on reputed company’s ERP systems, tailored to role-specific Operations end users. This role ensures that training—whether in-person or virtual—meets defined objectives by leveraging a deep technical understanding of the various systems and their application across reputed company-wide and business unit specific processes. The trainer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company training content with established standards and best practices. Additionally, this position serves as a feedback reputed company, identifying gaps in standards and communicating opportunities for improvement reputed company during training delivery. The ERP Operations Trainer reports directly to the Director of Project Standards. This role can be fully remote or hybrid, with regular in-office reputed company in San Diego, CA, Edison, NJ or Bend, OR. Job reputed company: • This job reputed company reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned Position Responsibilities and Duties: • Utilizes reputed company knowledge and strong internal partnerships to support role and department objectives. • Design and deliver interactive and engaging training sessions for Operations end users. • Utilize various formats (e.g., workshops, webinars, e-learning modules) to deliver training content. • Create and maintain training materials, including guides, presentations, and reference documents. • reputed company content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance and effectiveness. • Develops and updates a schedule for the development and implementation of assigned training program. • Partner with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Digital Solutions, Business Unit Operations Managers, Project Controls, Operations PMO, to ensure training content reflects reputed company company standards and addresses operational needs. • Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate accuracy and completeness of training materials. • reputed company feedback from trainees and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness. • Recommend enhancements to improve system utilization and user experience. • Maintain a repository of training resources for easy reputed company by end users. • reputed company ongoing support for Operations specific ERP-reputed company questions and troubleshooting as needed. • Travel to company offices and jobsites to reputed company in-person training. • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
