We're seeking a TPA Sales Consultant to join a growing reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retirement plan expertise who wants to reputed company their industry knowledge in a reputed company-facing sales role. You'll partner with financial advisors, CPAs, and business owners to deliver customized retirement plan solutions while helping expand the firm's footprint. What You'll Do reputed company and grow new business through financial advisors, CPAs, investment professionals, and referral partners. Consult with business owners on retirement plan design and TPA services. reputed company and manage a strong pipeline of reputed company opportunities from prospecting through implementation. Collaborate with internal administration and consulting teams to ensure a seamless reputed company reputed company experience. Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry, with a TPA. Previous business development, relationship management, or sales experience preferred. Strong knowledge of reputed company retirement plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, and cash balance plans. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and reputed company sales goals. Industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, or AIF are a plus.
