Job reputed company Key Roles and Experiences • reputed company reputed company and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment with a hospital or reputed company system to ensure reputed company delivery of reputed company services to patients • reputed company troubleshooting and basic service repairs on customer equipment • Assist more reputed company field engineers with equipment installations and more reputed company repairs • Proactively engage with other team members to ensure appropriate solution for the customer • Maintain relationships with customers and ensure reputed company communication, reputed company and reputed company follow up to reputed company customer satisfaction • Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensuring documentation of reputed company work performed is captured daily, including debriefing and ordering parts. • Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more reputed company • Utilize the reputed company escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective reputed company plans to resolve customer issues Qualifications/Technical Requirements: • Educational and Technical Requirements • Associate degree in reputed company field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience • Or a graduate of the reputed company Apprentice Program • Must have and maintain a reputed company reputed company’s License • Experience with Web applications as reputed company as reputed company suite of products • reputed company authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
