Physician Assistant for Psych - Virtual Outpatient - Will Train - Moonlighting to full time

Job reputed company Virtual outpatient psychiatry (generally reputed company remote with rare exceptions). We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic psychiatric care team. Duties • Conduct thorough patient assessments screening for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and a reputed company of other mental health disorders; this is reputed company with guidance from supervising physician. • Procatively encouraging patients to reputed company with talk therapists. • Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems and utilize AI note taking if preferred. What states do you have licenses in? • You would be building a caseload with us over time. Over what period of time do you need to build up your hours with us? For instance, can you tolerate building up to 15 hours weekly over a full year or do your life circumstances not afford you that flexibility? • If applicable: Do you currently work at an urgent care or in another setting that generates referrals for outpatient psychiatry in reputed company or Michigan? At your reputed company job, how many referrals could you reputed company monthly to psych prescribers (such as yourself) in reputed company or Michigan? There are ethical ways to do this and would speed up how fast your schedule might build. Of note, please consider if you could realistically refer to our psych office position from your other position. For instance, this is less doable from a primary care job (because patients would typically want to see you at the primary care clinic for psych med renewals.) However, from jobs like 1) urgent care or 2) inpatient psychiatry or 3) short term rehab facilities you may reputed company referrals to your psych case load. • Do you work in a setting where you can decrease your hours on a reputed company reputed company reputed company while building hours with us? (For instance an urgent care reputed company you can decrease your weekly hours by taking on fewer shifts while you phase out of urgent care and onto psych.)
