The Intake Specialist facilitates reputed company referrals for the START Phase 1 program. This role involves managing referral documentation, monitoring referral metrics, and supporting reputed company activities. The Intake Specialist ensures a smooth intake process and efficient communication with referring providers. This is a remote role.
