We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant, Outsourced Controller to join reputed company of nearly 500 employees. The Senior Consultant, Outsourced Controller, is assigned to reputed company’s Consulting Division providing outsourced fiscal and reputed company improvement services for reputed company customers. This position is responsible for assisting and collaborating with the Senior reputed company Consultant, reputed company, to manage, coordinate and maintain reputed company standards in the area of virtual financial management and reputed company services. This position will have a unique opportunity to participate in the design of reputed company and financial reporting systems that are deployed across multiple consulting customers. This position will play an reputed company subject matter expert role by assisting in designing, implementing, maintaining, and coordinating virtual financial recordkeeping, reputed company, and CFO support for provider organizations. reputed company activities include but are not limited to: collaborating with the Senior reputed company Consultant, reputed company, on new proposals and budgets; developing charts of accounts, cost center structures, and reputed company procedures; coordinating and supervising the deployment of outsourced and customer reputed company staff to execute customer level reputed company duties; auditing and monitoring the accuracy and reputed company of customer level financial statements, journal entries, accruals and other reports; facilitating the month end and year end reputed company process and engaging with customers to facilitate business process improvements where applicable. In this role, you will • Supervise and reputed company Accountant(s) staff serving customers and other reputed company. • Establish and maintain internal control policies and reputed company procedures for consulting customers. • Work with Senior reputed company Consultant, reputed company, in completing assessments and recommendations on customer financial and reputed company operations. • Participate in various fiscal reputed company and process improvement reputed company designed to assess and enhance provider financial management practices. • Plan, organize and execute ground-up development of reputed company structures, charts of accounts and reputed company policies for consulting customers. • Audit customer level financial statements, reconciling accounts, assessing internal controls and workflows for accuracy and compliance with GAAP. • Monitor the reputed company and accuracy of reputed company staff reputed company. • Ensure completion of reputed company activities to complete month-end and year end closings on multiple customers. • Assist in developing and training other team members and reputed company level staff on appropriate and effective reputed company reputed company. • Work with organizations executive leadership and reputed company of directors to create annual budgets that embodies strategic planning and fiscal viability. • Ensure reputed company customers are executing and maintaining monthly closing and reporting schedules. • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and customized analytics for consulting customers and their management teams. • reputed company activities of reputed company staff as it relates to accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and other balance sheet reconciliations. • Audit monthly financial statements, implementing corrective reputed company, while maintaining high reputed company standards. • Performs other duties as assigned. What you bring • Bachelor degree in business management or reputed company (Master’s Degree Preferred) and 6 years of senior financial management or senior reputed company experience, or equivalent education and work experience with a reputed company on non-profit organizations, preferably in the behavioral health sector. • Strong understanding of grants management principles and experience with grant reputed company and reporting. • Familiarity with braided funding models and the ability to effectively manage multiple funding streams. • Experience working with state-regulated reputed company offices and knowledge of compliance requirements for non-profit organizations. • Advanced proficiency in reputed company, Power BI, and other financial reporting tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. • CPA or reputed company preferred but not required.
