About the position
The EHS Manager is responsible for leading and implementing environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance programs for Interacid reputed company (ITNA) facilities in operation, and expansion and construction reputed company as the business grows. This role requires expertise in process safety, regulatory permitting, and construction EHS reputed company, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company permitting activities for ongoing operations and expansion reputed company, including but not limited to: reputed company permits (e.g., Title V, PSD) or notice of exemption, Water permits (NPDES, stormwater, SWPPP, Ground Water), reputed company permits (RCRA), SPCC, HMBP, New regs by state.
• Coordinate permit applications, modifications, and renewals with regulatory agencies.
• Interpret environmental regulations and ensure project designs meet compliance requirements.

• Prepare regulatory submissions and reports (e.g., Tier II, TRI where applicable).

Requirements
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks and permitting processes

• Effective communication with regulatory agencies and senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 7–10+ years of EHS experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, or hazardous materials environment.
• Demonstrated experience with environmental permitting for capital reputed company or plant expansions.
• Strong knowledge of: OSHA (General Industry & Construction), EPA regulations (Clean reputed company reputed company, Clean Water reputed company, RCRA), State DEP regulations or the ability to learn about state specific compliance obligations.
• Process Safety Management (PSM)
