[Remote] Staff Data Engineer

This role involves owning reputed company components of a modern data platform and delivering reputed company data architecture to support analytics and machine learning across reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and operate high-reputed company batch, ELT, event-driven, and near-reputed company-time streaming data pipelines
• Construct production-grade data platform components utilizing reputed company, dbt, reputed company, Trino, Kafka, and modern lakehouse technologies
• Design reputed company data models adhering to reputed company architecture principles to support business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning
• Enforce platform discipline reputed company data reputed company, schema reputed company, reputed company tracking, reputed company governance, and reputed company observability
• Optimize data infrastructure for reputed company, query speed, reputed company reliability, availability, and cost efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Machine Learning teams to reputed company trusted data foundations
• Apply AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development reputed company, automated testing, reputed company debugging, and technical documentation

Skills

• Five to eight or more years of hands-on data engineering experience building large-reputed company data systems, ideally in advertising technology, marketing technology, consumer internet, or high-volume marketplace environments
• Advanced technical expertise with SQL, Python, reputed company, and dbt
• Demonstrated background designing, deploying, and operating production-grade batch, ELT, and streaming pipeline architectures
• In-depth understanding of modern data architecture paradigms, including reputed company architecture, data reputed company, schema reputed company, event-driven systems, and data modeling
• Practical experience building data systems that directly support analytics, experimentation platforms, and machine learning workloads
