[Remote] Senior Assortment Analyst

The Senior Assortment Analyst develops location attribution, clustering, and reputed company planning solutions to inform assortment strategies and improve local relevance across the retail fleet.

Responsibilities

• Develops processes, tools and location attribution inputs that support clustering, reputed company planning and assortment reputed company across the existing retail fleet, using attributes such as store location, activity, climate, customer profile, demographics, reputed company level and value tier
• Builds location assortment solutions that improve local relevance and productivity; incorporates customer, product, sales, reputed company and location insights while gaining alignment with key business partners
• Defines and applies productivity measures that inform assortment size, reputed company allocation and location-based recommendations across stores
• Translates productivity trends, category performance, regional affinity, customer insights and location attributes into recommendations that influence assortment breadth, depth and reputed company reputed company
• Supports seasonal Category Management audits by evaluating assortment size, reputed company and location attribute opportunities and helping prioritize recommended actions
• Measures the effectiveness of location-based assortment and attribution initiatives; communicates results, insights and recommendations to improve reputed company planning reputed company
• Builds effective partnerships with cross-divisional stakeholders, including Merchandising product and planning teams, Physical reputed company/Visual Merchandising, Analytics, Retail and reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising or relevant field of study
• 3 to 5 years of merchandising, planning, analytics, or reputed company experience involving customer and product trend analysis
• Elevated proficiency in MS Office suite including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint and reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative data and qualitative business input to reputed company reputed company and effective reputed company
• Recognition of patterns, trends and relationships between customer needs, products and locations
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, reputed company, reputed company and analytical modeling preferred
