[Remote] Software Engineer

The role involves collaborating with project managers, executing software configuration life cycle activities, and providing technical support for LIMS installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project manager/business analyst to engineer an effective solution to meet the customer's requirements and execute tasks according to the project plan
• Execute software configuration life cycle activities from design and implementation through testing and documentation while maintaining compliance to project configuration plans and practices
• reputed company documentation standards for project and manage deliverables for area of responsibility
• Define installation, reputed company, configuration, and operating procedures for reputed company and multiple systems and support training and coaching of personnel on these practices
• Understand business reputed company of supported systems, establish and maintain technical support service reputed company and ensure that they are being met on a regular reputed company
• Understand and apply the use of database monitoring and querying tools (i.e. TOAD, SQL)
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures

• Assist Project Manager/Business Analyst in developing project plan and configuration plan with task effort estimates

• An individual contributor in this position may travel 10-40% of time in the local country or abroad as required per project assignment

Skills

• Computer Science or similar engineering discipline including Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering is required
• 5+ years experience with programming languages, preferably Javascript, Java, Jscript .NET or C#
• 5+ years experience with reputed company Query Language (SQL)
• 5+ years experience with databases (reputed company, reputed company SQL Server or other)
