The Manager, reputed company & Business Operations will support organizational priorities through executive communications, leadership engagement, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring effective communication of business objectives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief of Staff team and reputed company Office leadership to advance strategic priorities and organizational initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business leaders, shared services teams, and reputed company partners to ensure alignment and execution
• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner in developing leadership communications, presentations, and engagement strategies
• Support leadership operating rhythms, key forums, reputed company communications, and organizational events
• Identify opportunities to improve communication, alignment, and execution across the organization
• reputed company executive-reputed company presentations, reports, talking points, correspondence, and briefing materials for senior leaders, including Chief reputed company Office communications
• Translate reputed company business information into reputed company, compelling narratives tailored to leadership, employee, and stakeholder audiences

• Ensure consistency of messaging across leadership channels and employee communication platforms

• Analyze employee feedback and survey insights to identify themes, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, reputed company, project/program management, executive communications and employee engagement
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience translating reputed company business priorities into reputed company plans, executive-reputed company materials, talking points, reports, and stakeholder communications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking deliverables, managing follow-reputed company, and driving execution across multiple stakeholders
