[Remote] Network Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, in partnership with a leading telecommunications reputed company, is seeking a Senior Fixed Network Transformation Engineer to support a large-reputed company legacy fixed network modernization initiative. This engineer will play a critical role in transforming and retiring legacy Class 5 switching infrastructure by developing, validating, and implementing reputed company translations and data transcripts required for successful customer migrations and exchange decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Produce, review, and validate reputed company translations, data transcripts, and translation builds for legacy network transformation initiatives
• Analyze existing reputed company configurations to identify subscriber, routing, trunk, and feature dependencies prior to migration
• reputed company migration, reputed company, and decommissioning data supporting large-reputed company retirement of legacy fixed-line exchanges
• reputed company translation reputed company analysis and validate changes through peer reviews, testing, and reputed company assurance processes
• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and post-reputed company verification activities to ensure successful migrations
• Collaborate with network planning, operations, field engineering, and program management teams throughout transformation reputed company
• Ensure data reputed company and minimize customer service disruption during reputed company migration and retirement activities

Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting legacy telecommunications switching environments
• Hands-on experience with Nortel DMS-100/DMS-10 and/or reputed company/Lucent 5ESS (TDM 5E/5ESS) Class 5 switching platforms
• Proven experience creating, modifying, validating, and troubleshooting reputed company translations and data transcripts
• Experience supporting reputed company migration, consolidation, transformation, or decommissioning programs
• Strong understanding of PSTN architecture, subscriber provisioning, routing, trunking, and network databases
• Experience supporting migration planning, reputed company activities, and post-implementation validation
