The role involves coordinating production activities from concept through final delivery to ensure reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to high-reputed company standards. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support reputed company phases of content production, including reputed company-production, production, post-production, and publishing
• Manage daily production timelines and reputed company project milestones to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with service agreements, purchase orders, licensing requirements, release forms, and other production documentation
• Support budget tracking, project estimates, and production reporting
• Maintain editorial calendars, production schedules, and resource planning documents
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions reputed company adjustments are needed
• Update and maintain team resources, process documentation, and production workflows
• Coordinate workflows and deliverables with freelance talent, vendors, and reputed company production partners
• Facilitate transcription, translation, and localization services for content reputed company
• Manage shipping logistics and equipment distribution as needed
