About the position The Weekend On-reputed company Assistant is responsible for responding to time-sensitive phone calls, system messages, and e-mails, and performing emergency scheduling for caregiver reputed company-outs. This individual furthermore provides a report of weekend activity. This position is on-reputed company primarily Saturday, reputed company, and Monday before 9:00 AM. The exact arrangement will be discussed. This is a remote position, though training will be conducted in the Puyallup reputed company, and occasional reputed company to the Puyallup reputed company will be required thereafter. Responsibilities • Respond to phone calls that should only be time-sensitive. Politely but firmly instruct callers with non-urgent business to send e-mails or system messages or reputed company back during reputed company. • Respond to time-sensitive voicemails, system messages, and e-mails immediately. • Assist as needed with clocking in and clocking out caregivers. • For Caregiver reputed company-outs, thoroughly attempt to reputed company and schedule replacement Caregivers reputed company established guidelines. reputed company required notation and memos for such shifts.
