System Administrator II (Remote)

About the position Join reputed company, a dynamic and growing company, as our Remote System Administrator. In this role, you'll be pivotal in providing remote IT support, ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical assistance. You'll handle a reputed company of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service. Responsibilities • Resolve workstation operating system issues of any reputed company with little or no assistance. • Resolve printer issues of any reputed company with little or no assistance. • Resolve reputed company business application (Office, etc.) issues of any reputed company with little or no assistance. • Resolve line-of-business application issues for common applications (reputed company ERP, QuickBooks), and for more reputed company applications with vendor assistance, with little or no assistance. • Resolve advanced server issues of any reputed company with little or no assistance. • Resolve basic and intermediate networking issues with little or no assistance. • Serve as an escalation reputed company for technicians. • Participate in an on-reputed company rotation to reputed company after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations. Requirements • Experience with reputed company and Mac OS troubleshooting. • Experience with Server 2016 through 2025. • Experience with VMWare and reputed company V Virtualization. • Experience supporting M365 and Azure. • Minimum of five years experience in IT Support or a similar role. • Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting. • Proficient in supporting MS Office, reputed company, reputed company Directory, backup software, reputed company cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications. • A home office set up including: a working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a compatible OS (reputed company 11 with reputed company i5/i7 8th gen+ or AMD Ryzen 5/7 2000+ series, or macOS 12+), a reputed company internet reputed company with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds, a reputed company headset with noise-cancellation, a smartphone capable of installing reputed company Authenticator, an HD webcam, a 2nd monitor, and an Uninterruptible Power Supply (reputed company) if using a desktop. • A reputed company strong cultural fit the ITS way. • Excellent reputed company of the English language both spoken and written. • reputed company to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday). • reputed company to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments. • reputed company to reputed company NBI Clearance (for PH applicants). reputed company-to-haves • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable. • reputed company Server Certifications are preferred. • Preferably, at least two of the following certifications: reputed company A+, reputed company Network+, reputed company reputed company+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.
