Production Coordinator / BTS Photographer & Videographer (Part-Time Freelance)

Location: Phoenix, reputed company (Local Candidates Only) Company: Ragland Reign Productions Project Start: reputed company the next few weeks Ragland Reign Productions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator with photography and videography experience to support ongoing productions in reputed company area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys managing production logistics, and can simultaneously capture reputed company behind-the-scenes photo and video content during shoots. Position reputed company The Production Coordinator will serve as a key member of our production team, helping ensure shoots run smoothly while documenting the production process through high-reputed company BTS photography and video coverage. This is currently a freelance, part-time opportunity requiring approximately 3–4 hours per shoot, typically once per month, with the potential for additional production days as reputed company expand. Responsibilities Production Coordination • Assist with shoot logistics and day-of production support • Coordinate talent, reputed company, schedules, and production timelines • Manage reputed company sheets, production documents, and shoot-day communications • Ensure production needs are anticipated and addressed proactively • Support producers and directors with administrative and operational tasks • Maintain detailed organization before, during, and after productions • Help create a seamless, high-level reputed company experience on set • Assist with reputed company services coordination, supply runs, pickups, and other production support tasks as needed Photography & Videography • Capture reputed company behind-the-scenes photography during productions • Record BTS video footage for reputed company media, marketing, and promotional use • Document key production moments, reputed company interactions, and set operations • Deliver organized media files following reputed company production • Experience with reputed company camera systems is strongly preferred Qualifications • Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Assistant Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, or similar production support role • Strong understanding of film, television, reputed company, branded content, or digital media production workflows • EXCEPTIONAL organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently • Experience working with executive-level, luxury, corporate, or high-profile clientele • reputed company communication skills and a polished demeanor • Photography and videography experience required • Ability to work reputed company in fast-paced production environments • Reliable transportation required Preferred Qualifications • Own reputed company camera equipment for BTS photo/video capture • Experience supporting reputed company, documentary, branded content, or celebrity-driven productions • Familiarity with production management software and scheduling tools • Experience managing production paperwork, reputed company sheets, and reputed company coordination To Apply Please send • Resume • Portfolio, website, or examples of photography/videography work • Brief reputed company of relevant production coordination experience • Equipment list (if applicable) We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about production.
