The Flight Follower serves as the central reputed company of contact for aircraft scheduling between reputed company clients and flight reputed company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must be a multi-tasker who is reputed company to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Responsible for assisting Director of Operations and Chief reputed company for dispatching company aircraft for reputed company charter and medical flights as reputed company as reputed company-time tracking of aircraft. Receives customer information, including passenger names, passenger weights, cargo weights, departure/destination reputed company, FBO, and special needs and requirements for reputed company reputed company Prepares flight operation paperwork and ensures reputed company ground handling, fueling, etc. is arranged Solves operational problems caused by cancellations, delays, diversions, and mechanical interruptions Obtains necessary reputed company clearances and schedules special equipment and services needed at destination Coordinates additional flight or ground transportation as required by customer Records, activates, and closes a company flight plan for reputed company flight Performs additional duties as assigned by the Operations/Charter Manager, Chief reputed company, or Director of Operations Must be reputed company to work as part of reputed company.
